Check document access

Instructions

On the Access Test tab, you can check whether a user has access to a particular document on the platform or archive.

Ensure that you’re logged in with a user that has normal or admin rights on the access rights page

1. 

   Navigate towards Configuration / Platform / Access Rights

2. Click on the Access Test tab

3. Fill in the following fields

   • BATCH ID: The Batch ID of the document you’d like to perform a check on

   • USER: Select the user for whom you want to do the check

4. Click on Simulate

5. In the Summary you will be notified whether the user has access to the document or not

6. In the Rules section, all access rights to which the selected user has been added are shown

   • The access rights granting access to this document are marked by a checkmark
